Is it possible to hide the accessibility profiles in the paid version?

Yes. You can easily hide the accessibility profiles.

Log in to your AllyWay dashboard at app.allyway.io, go to Modules, and toggle the switch for Accessibility Profiles off (the switch turns gray instead of blue). Once disabled, the profiles will no longer appear in the toolbar.
