I accidentally activated the plugin on the wrong domain. How can I change the Domain?

You can change the domain directly in your AllyWay dashboard.

  1. Log in at app.allyway.io
  2. Select the affected domain from the account/domain dropdown
  3. Go to Settings
  4. Scroll down and click Delete Domain to remove the incorrect domain
  5. Open the account dropdown again and choose Add New Domain (or Add New Website)
  6. Set up the new domain and add the AllyWay code to the new website

Once the script is installed on the new domain, AllyWay will work normally. If you need help during this process, support is happy to assist.
